Habitat's ESG training turns rules and frameworks into skills: how to read a CBAM data request, build a first greenhouse-gas inventory, answer a customer's ESG questionnaire or brief the board. We train company teams and leadership, and we run capacity-building programmes with universities and schools — including carbon measurement and reporting at Haxhi Zeka University.

What is ESG training?
ESG training teaches staff how environmental, social and governance requirements apply to their work — for example how to collect emissions data, answer a customer's sustainability questionnaire or prepare for CSRD and CBAM requests. Good training is practical and uses the company's own data.
Do you train in Albanian?
Yes — in Albanian and English, with materials in both languages.
Can training be online?
Yes. Short modules work well online; hands-on inventory workshops work best in person or as a hybrid.
Is the training tied to Karbon360°?
No. We teach the GHG Protocol and the EU rules themselves. Where useful, we show how the same steps run in Karbon360°.
